Amagyn offers a property feasibility service that will evaluate your property and determine the amount of new constructio that is acceptable within all of the city/county jurisdictions of your site.

Amagyn works with the client to design a house that everyone is satisfied with and this process can go relatively smoothly and take just 4-6 weeks or it can be a more labored process that can take months to even years to complete depending on the clients demands on the project. In most cases the process runs smoothly and you will have construction documentation within an acceptable time frame.

Each city/county building/engineering/planning/costal commissions/and fire departments have different timetables throughout the course of the year, some times are busier than others, but the permitting process normally runs about 4-6 weeks.
